DISCRIMINATION AGAINST TRADITIONAL RELIGION
Talk about Discrimination against religion in our society today, think about the ONÍṢẸ̀ṢE.
Ìṣẹ̀ṣe religion and the devotees had suffered and still suffering discrimination among other religions especially in Nigeria.
We have more than 50 religions in the world, 2 out of which have almost same concepts are rated to be the most popular religions.
These religions are been imposed on people considered as "weak souls".
These people (weak souls) are expected to drop their identity, culture and tradition if truly they are ready to join any of this 2 popular religions.
For years, the 2 religions have been in war together fighting for the most popular, relevance and off course most followed religion in the world.
But when it come to attacking the Ìṣẹ̀ṣe religion and the devotees, the 2 religions leaders and followers will come together to agree that they have a common enemy (ìṣẹ̀ṣe religion).
They call us names like ABỌRÌṢÀ, ẸLẸ́BỌ, ọmọ ÈṢÙ, OLÓÒGÙN etc
When they meet us on the road, they will shout "blood of Jesus" and "Get behind me you child Èṣù".
Funny enough, if the devotees of this 2 religions encounter problems in their life, Ọ̀dọ̀ àwa Babaláwo (Oníṣẹ̀ṣe) ní last bus-stop wọn.
In India, China, Japan and some civilized country, these 2 most said popular religions have less than 10% followers and you need No seer to tell you why there is less or zero crisis in the mentioned countries.
See how unique and uncorrupt their cultures and traditions are.
Just recently, here in Yorùbá land, a paramount king want the government (a borrowed and stranged to our culture system of government) to pass a law that will abolish the Ìṣẹ̀ṣe rites in the state.
If this Ọba was from the aboved mentioned countries, He will not only be dethroned but be punished squarely..
To those discriminating against ìṣẹ̀ṣe religion and the devotees.
Òrìṣà are not blind neither are they deaf, The reason why some of the film makers and song writers that promotes the discrimination against ìṣẹ̀ṣe religion through their work doesn't have good ending in life should be lessons to you.
