Someone having A soul mismatch for the body enveloping it.
A disorder that they have no control over.
You can be a Man and deep inside you, you know you are a woman or you are supposed to be a woman.
Vice versa for women who knows deep inside them that they are supposed to be a man but the body that envelope that soul is the opposite.
