Can an ORISA worship other ORISA ?
We are an ORISA, an energy created by the father of creation OBATALA and we have lost our history , origin and purpose.
ORISA are energy, universal energy that amplified and merges with our natural energy to enhance our livelihood.
Our minds create things by thought and over time the thought of the same thing accumulated and gain a lot of energy such that it happened in reality.
In some tribes and culture, they see their parents and their God and they worship them while they are alive and when they are gone.
We are not that different from such tribes, we value our elderly ones by taking good care of them and we make Sara to them when they are long gone .
When we die we joined our ancestors and the ORISA in charge of ancestors is Egungun .
Many people can’t figure out why they need to make sacrifices to EGUN.
If you think you don’t have a good relationship with your late parents, if you have no good relationship with your families then you need to make sacrifice to EGUN.
EGUN represent the family tree which had many branches out of which you are one of them.
Africans in one way or the other make sacrifice to their ancestors.
A Muslim would he advised to do Sara for their late parents.
A christians would do Sara for their late Parents
Some churches even do Amisa for the dead
There is no laws that says an ORISA cannot make sacrifice to another ORISA .
I have traveled to the temple of most ORISA and all I see is the temple and shrine of OBATALA the creator ORISA in the temple of every other ORISA .
Other ORISA make sacrifices and prayers to OBATALA because he has all the answers to their request , the sole owner of authority.
Alaba lase without him (OBATALA) no power is giving to any creation.
Yes, an ORISA can worship and make sacrifices to other ORISA who is more superior to it.
Some people worshipped their physical mentor because they think that mentor has reached a milestone for them to look up to him or her.
