Must we shave our head for ORISA INITIATION ?

This is a very controversial Post and I would handle it as it comes to me .

AJE NLA the son of OBATALA is a very practical person and I don’t preach what I don’t do.

It is not mandatory to shave the head of the Initiate during ORISA Initiation.

Why do they shave the head of the Initiate?

Your OLUWO would need some pinch of hair from your head for some rituals.

But a small quantity is all that is needed ,even if it is as small as 8 stands of hair is enough for what they want to use it for.

Your hair is not food and no matter the rituals they want to do with your hair, 8 strands of hair is enough for it.

They just needed your hair for authority and permission, that’s all

Cutting and removing all the hair in your head is just a show off because it’s not really necessary.

This habit and roles of cutting hairs is the reason why most people don’t want to do Initiation.

I have done a lot of some OSUN Initiation for people and I don’t shave their head, it doesn’t stop the activation of the INITIATION rites and rituals.

Their OSUN is super active and very powerful than most OSUN I have seen .

What you need is authority and one single strand of hair possessed that authority, to be on a safer side you could used a few strands of hair but you don’t need to shave the head .

Knowing fully well that it’s not food.

If you want to make incision on the head, you can do that effectively without shaving the head.

You are not digging a grave on the head, you just need a small mark to bring blood and once there is blood you would apply the powder that would touch the blood at the site of incision .

In as much as the powder touched the blood at the site of incision, it has worked.

You don’t need to axe to make incision,

If I would use aboki blade that doesn’t touch blood as example, it only have to touch the blood of the victim and the victim would die.

That is the potency for any spiritual work that has to do with incision. You don’t have to make a big mark for everyone to know it’s an incision, I simple.dot is Ok and a simple application of black powder is enough.

In as much as the powder would touch the blood at sight of incision .

This topic would bring controversy and everyone is free to their option and opinions.

The world is evolving and there are new and better ways of doing things that are still acceptable by the ORISA
