Another why to consider before IFA Initiation
Why would you spend millions on Initiation on IFA when it’s legacy cannot be passed down.
IFA has a very small energy, so small that it can’t be shared with anyone except the initiate.
After your IFA Initiation, you can’t call your wife or children and tell them that you want to make sacrifice to your IFA for them.
You can only do iwure with your IFA and extend your request by adding them in your iwure. (Prayers).
But if you have other IRUNMOLE like OSUN, OBATALA, SANGO, ESU.
You can wake up any time or day and make a sacrifice to this IRUNMOLE on behalf of any members of your family.
You can say OSUN , I make Sacrifice to you on behalf of my wife ..
IFA is more like subscription, the father would subscribe differently, the mother would subscribe differently, the children one after the other would subscribe differently and the babalawo would be smiling to the bank.
Why can’t the mother do OSUN Initiation or Ọbàtálá Initiation?
Then use the OSUN or Ọbàtálá to make sacrifice for each members of the family one after the other .
That would safe a lot of cost .
And this IRUNMOLE would be the Family IRUNMOLE.
Isn’t that how it’s done in the olden days ?
One IRUNMOLE per family and the family would have one Abore to oversee the shrine.
But commercialization of IFA would not make you think, neither would it allow you to have brain .
Where is the money to waste ?
If the children grow up and they decided to have their own ORISA for the family they intend to have.
You know a son from a family that have OBATALA can decide to marry a woman and then do his own OBATALA Initiation to protect his new wife and future kids.
This is Orisa idile , Family ORISA.
This is how our fore fathers are doing it .
Until IFA priest goes hungry ,
Until IFA priest scatter everything because they want to be at the centre.
Now you are paying bills and subscriptions.
No talk say I no tell you oo.
What’s my name ?
Kindly remind me .
