This is one of those old mysticism from Ọbàtálá school of ODU.

Once a child is born from Ọbàtálá lineage, for those who don’t know whether they are Ọbàtálá lineage or not .

Let us simplify it because of lost heritage and traditional mixed up.

If you are a core Ọbàtálá devotee, you have done the Ọbàtálá rituals and Initiation which means you have your own ORISA Ọbàtálá and you are sure that it’s confirmed.

Then you can do this rituals for all your children irrespective of their age because I believe you don’t know before now.

But it’s best done for a baby , a child born and has not been up to a month years old.

Everyone is doing Akosejaye IFA method but no one care to asked about Ọbàtálá method because we think the world evolved around IFA or we think it’s all about IFA and Orunmila.

Well Every ORISA has their ways and method of doing things .

In Ọbàtálá method, it’s not about blood and even if blood is involved it would be the last stage and must not be done on the alter but outside the house of such devotee of Ọbàtálá.

I am sorry I can’t teach such mysticism here in the open, come to Ọbàtálá school of ODU to learn about OBATALA and it’s mystical mysticism.

I don’t think I would write it in my books either.

Like I said, the IRUNMOLE are back
