Natural cure for obesity or weights loss (Ara si sanju )
This is a simple Natural herbal rock sure cure for obesity.
Ewe eti Erin (that’s Aloe Vera leave,,that have scientific name called Aloe vera Barbaoldness),Ewe ewuro (that’s Bitter leaves, that have scientific name called Verlonia Amyngdalina ).
The two leaves mentioned above,
that’s alovera and bitter leaves should be get in sufficient quantity, and be pound in a motal, or be grind with any grinding machine to bring out the juice in these two leaves.
The juice derived or obtained from these two leaves shall be seive with strainer to avoid shafts.
A litre of omi osan wewe (that is water or Natural juice from lime orange will now be mix with the juice or liquid obtained from the two leaves mentioned above after pounding or grinding and sieve as explained above.
The quantity of lime orange juice to be added to it will depend on the quantity of herbal juice we are able to get from the two leaves after pounding or grinding and the juice in the two leaves has been obtained.
For example if we get two litres
of natural juice from the two leaves after pounding or grinding and seive then one litre of lime orange juice will be added to mix it.
The quantity of lime orange to be added to the herbal juice will depend on the quantity of natural juice get from the two leaves after pounding or grinding and seive.
After it has been mix with lime orange, the herbal mixture will now be put in clean keg or jug with cover
Uses of this herbal mixture:
Any person suffering from obesity or who like to reduce his or her body weight, should be taking a small cup of this herbal mixture in the morning before food, and another small cup in the night before sleep,(the small cup mentioned will be within the range of five teaspoon if measure)
The treatment should be applied
continuously every day until the desire weight loss is obtained or achieve.
