How does ORISA come into existence 

The Orisa are the emissaries of ÒLÓDÙMÁRÉ. 

They were sent to earth to teach us how to live our life, they bless us with knowledge, wisdom and understanding. 

The Orisa were created by ÒLÓDÙMÁRÉ. 

In Yoruba Cosmology and In IFA, we were told that ÒLÓDÙMÁRÉ give the task of creation to OBATALA. I already post a lot about Obatala on this blog www.orisa.com.ng

Yoruba knowledge of creation is different from what your Bible tells you. 

After creation, ÒLÓDÙMÁRÉ sent IRUMOLE to teach us what we need to know. The difference between IRUMOLE and ÔRISÂ has already been talked. 

How do you think Man have the knowledge of herbs, science etc. It's because the Orisa taught us.
